Don’t use them Don’t use them. After 2 years of canceling with them, I start getting charged a monthly payment for something they never made me aware I would need to cancel separately. I was told they had talked to the other company and had it resolved, but when I contacted the company it was not resolved. Now I can’t get anyone who I’ve previously been in contact with at gosite to return my calls or emails. ***To respond to your reply, I did not receive any email***

Great job, improving it every day! I love it. They are bringing us good quality customer who stay, unlike the other guys who charge you thousands of dollars and bring you only those customers others do not want. This group of people is phenomenal This group of people is phenomenal. From their Sales Team (Louie T.) who was kind and patient all throughout the initial stages of account sign-up / set-up, to their Implementation Team (Kristen) who actively listened to our needs and assisted warmly in the beginning stages of what was needed. But MOST NOTEWORTHY of ALL, to their Web Team leader (Nicholas Weber) who was remarkable all throughout the process - for his very timely responses and precise and immediate action to the changes needed. The service we received from Nick is unrivaled. The GoSite teams are exceptional. I wish I could think of a better superlative word to describe them because they truly deserve to be honored.

Gosite sucked from the initial Gosite sucked from the initial. It's unbelievable how incompetent and untrustworthy they where am I situation. They changed me every month for 90 days ( got my money back from bank ) for doing absolutely nothing. They got my account suspended with Google and kept it that way for 7 months w t f without any contact to me in regards to my listing, just billing department trying to get money? For what? Had me request my Google card, then wouldn't except it, had to do it myself, which anyone could do. I gave them many opportunities to resolve issue, I was denied the services they claim to offer due to total neglect. I WOULD NOT RECOMMEND these ass clowns they are not able or reliable. A WAIST OF TIME!

They kept calling several times a day… They kept calling several times a day and finally caught me in a vulnerable moment and I agreed to give their company a try at a lowered trial price. They said I could cancel at any time. I had built a website and because it was new it had low online visibility. They convinced me that they could build a better site and save me time and money. It took a lot of effort to enter all the information that I had already done with my own site. Once they launched the new site my visibility dropped even further down in the search results making my company practically invisible. I told them over a month ago that I wanted to cancel and they made me schedule a call to cancel. The only available date was weeks later, the day before my scheduled payment. They called 45 minutes late for our meeting and told me in order to cancel it would take 30 days and that I would be billed for those 30 days at their regular (non-trial period) rate. I blocked my card. I was told I could cancel at anytime and never told it would take 30days to do so. They are a perfect example of deceptive marketing and subscription based services. Buyer beware.
