We have not been paid from Apex Holdings since February 16, 2024 and we are owed nearly $6,000. My clients have paid their monthly payments through the MIDAS program in good faith, but you have not forwarded them to us as promised. We must have these payments for February and March IMMEDIATELY. Sadly, because of your serious delinquency, we are not able to pay our team for the work they have done for these clients, and we are basically taking care of these clients for free due to your extreme lack of integrity. We trusted you. You have not made good on your promises. It's now April 15. There's no excuse for payment not being made. I am warning you again, and I am begging you to stop this stressful situation for all of us. You took my client's money, and you have it in your possession now (unless you've misappropriated it, as my attorney and I strongly suspect). Regardless, this money is owed to me and my company for the services that we've performed. What you are doing is illegal, and my attorney at the American Center for Law and Justice will make sure that you are named in the lawsuit and personally held accountable. Be warned folks, a Netflix doc will come out about these fraudsters. personally, I tried to set up an agency call - watched their videos and wrote notes - then when they were supposed to call they ghosted. The funny part is that what Air.ai does is not even ground breaking. Others are doing the same thing but doing it in a more realistic and authentic way. Maybe someone will prove these reviews wrong, but probably wont be someone with as much ad spend as them.

I was very interested in the… I was very interested in the technology. That being said the first rep( Tony) was 20 minutes late for the scheduled call. The second Rep (Jake) confirmed call however there was a no show at agreed time with no further communication or responses. Frankly this initial experience has lost any buy in on part for this company.
