GBLIARS! This company is full of fraudulent, liars. We had a company call with an Outbound Engine representative, who pitched detailed information on their product, and also stated with a 30 day notice, the subscription could be cancelled (month to month basis, what's there to lose?) This interested our team, and we scheduled a follow up call with them. The same exact details were shared in this call as well, so we decided to try the service out, feeling confident we could cancel. We are now attempting to cancel the service (going on 1 month of trying to do so), and they are making it impossible. #1- our account representative is never available to speak to. #2. When we finally got ahold of the "success team" (MACKENZIE-SOLUTIONS SPECIALIST) she was extremely rude and lied repeatedly about their product, services, etc. #3. We requested to speak to a manager (Mackenzie told us "tough luck, you get to talk to me", and then finally coordinated a call with her manager after our countless requests to hear the recorded phone calls of our initial meetings with Outbound. The "manager" ALEXIS said she didn't care what we were requesting, we signed a contract and she didn't have time to sit and listen to our complaints and play us the calls. AND per compliance, it would be illegal for her to play us the calls in the first place...really? We can't hear a call that our company coordinated?? Lies. If you want to receive zero value, deal with unorganized liars, and pay undeserving Outbound Engine employee's bills-this is the service for you. Otherwise...RUN AWAY.

PHGreat customer service It has an excellent and dedicated customer service. You can tell that the team wants clients to succeed, and they are extremely responsive. Because of this, the software was so easy to set up and use, and I and my customers seem happy with it so far. They were very supportive during this pandemic and very helpful in getting my payments pushed when I needed it.

GBIf you want generic content that you can't change - Outbound is for you I'm a real estate agent who received a cold call from an Outbound Engine sales agent. I usually don't bother with cold calls but the guy was engaging and seemed to have an interest in my business. He promised that I could control content but what that really meant was that you have to either add content to their sometimes bad content or create all new conent in a system that is so non-user friendly that they suggest sending it to them to do on their end. Big buyout to cancel which should have been my clue that they know the program stinks.

GBEverything everyone else said and then… Everything everyone else said and then some. They would be a great company if they offered services comparable to what others in their field offer but they are nowhere near it especially for the value. Yet they want to wave a contract in your face and tell you that because of it they will have to charge you 6 months in advance for them doing nothing in the first place. This is obviously how they make their money and it's really sad.

GBTotal scammers. Beware!!! I signed up for their social media marketing package for my business & was very excited about it. It is very expensive considering the size of my business & marketing budget, but I decided to go for it. They set up my social media like they said they would, but didn't put out content relevant to my niche. After 4 months, a few thousand $$$ & not one single lead my ROI was <0, so I called to cancel the service. I got the run around. A guy named David seems to run the show & refused to cancel the service & tried to hang the contract I signed over my head. I blocked them from charging my card, but they have bugged me for payment & persisted in contacting my clients by sending them messages on my behalf that I don't endorse. I'm not sure what their game is in continuing to provide services despite repeated calls & emails to them to stop. They are super unprofessional & I may have to take legal action against them. BEWARE!!!!! DON'T LET THEM HAVE YOUR CLIENT'S CONTACT INFORMATION!
