Don’t waste your money! Don’t waste your money!! I gave it a month and my hair is super dry and limp! It’s still falling out and it looks thinner and lifeless with this product than my old shampoo and conditioner. I will not buy again.

Buyer beware Buyer beware, company doesn’t allow any bad reviews on their website. This shampoo and conditioner have actually made my hair worse. It feels unclean despite regular use and often feels like a residue is on my hair but then in the same notion results in incredibly dry hair. I have never experienced such a horrible product and one that is extremely over priced. The company allows a 30 day refund but then state you need to utilize it for weeks before seeing results. Watch out for their reviews as no bad reviews are even noted

Nope My hair is shedding like crazy, even after I let the conditioner sit my hair still feels dry, hard, and stuck together. I have to use a leave in conditioner just to be able to comb it out. Definitely wouldn’t recommend on African American permed hair.

Funny, not funny Funny, not so funny! About 3 months after using routine shampoo and conditioner I noticed my very thin hair thinning even more at a super fast rate. I couldn’t figure it out because everything else was the same… vitamins, ect. No new meds. Same sleep… My hair has not only thinned, it has become exceptionally dry. I’m not going to use it ever again. I would suggest to anyone trying to be mindful of when they began the product and check in with their hair every week. Back to my wonderful Paul Mitchell extra body… looked great!

Horrible shampoo and conditioner Horrible shampoo . After using it 5 times , I started loosing hair so bad and my hair texture got dry. Since they had “ satisfaction guarantee “ , and basically that was why I purchased it without hesitation, I contacted them to send the product back and get my money . I even sent them pictures of my hair fallen on towel . But they didn’t accept return and said it’s over a month !!! How many times a person can wash hair in a month to see the result ???! They are scam. Don’t trust them !
