GBService was good until it wasn’t Service was good until it wasn’t. My internet has been out for over 2 weeks. I keep getting excuse after excuse from customer service. Also, no refund for when I haven’t had service.

GBCustomer Service Cannot Be Reached I ordered fiber optic internet for a second home we have in Charlotte, NC back in August 2022. The internet was installed by A T & T in August. They told us that they would be back to bury the fiber optic wires for the internet. We left Charlotte, NC near the end of August 2022 and just assumed that would be taken care of. Well, it wasn't. We came back to our 2nd home on Saturday, April 8, 2023 and the wires are exposed and have not been buried. We are lucky that no one has cut them or mowed over them. They are a safety hazard for us to enter the home. I have tried to call Synergy Internet at (855) 779-6374 for 3 days but I get a message that the number is not in use. How can I get help with my issue if I cannot reach anyone.

GBI got over charged I was over charged on my bill for 3 months. I called about this issue. And they were able to credit my next month’s bill with what I was overcharged and then some. They also included a $200 hotel gift card for the inconvenience. Definitely went above and beyond my expectations. Thank you guys at synergy internet

GBGreat sounding sales speeches, terrible service Great sounding sales speeches, horrible in follow through. Did not get the access point I ordered so finally after a month of trying to get the access point I was "provided" a refund for $444. Three months later and many promises from several different individuals contacted by phone, e-mail and trouble tickets the money still has not come back to my account. On top of that, the ISP TV that I also signed up for went offline 6 weeks ago and has never come back. In trying to resolve that issue the service ticket is useless and no information is provided on the status of the service resolution. Now for the past two weeks when trying to contact the company all I get is a recording on their phone line, no voice mail, and I can no longer even access my account online through their web portal as it no longer is active. Not a reputable company. Be forewarned that if you get their service and you ever do have a problem you likely will not get it resolved. Update Nov. 16. Refund promised for Nov. 11 not seen. Another broken promise. No response to phone calls or e-mails. Terrible company, feel I will never get the refund due unless I take them to court.
