I really like the Tavoca service I really like the Tavoca service, however it does not upload my appointment reminders about 50% of the time. The support staff is amazing however and helps when they can. On the days I am unable to upload I just enter the appointments in individually.

Unreliable service Received an email reminder about my upcoming appointment, tried the tacova link to confirm the appointment but the link is dead and so is the company website. Poor and incompetent service.

Great automated system I do wish that we had this service set up for emails and texts along with the phone calls to our patients.
