One word- HORRIBLE, Horrible, HORRIBLE This was THE MOST HORRIBLE SERVICE I’VE EVER USED EVEN THOUGH THEY KEPT RESCHEDULING!!! Three first time I was scheduled to have him come out to put my tables together it was at 9PM!!!!! Who wants a stranger on their home at 9pm at night??? So I rescheduled for a day assembly! The day before he was coming guess what? He rescheduled for two days later and I said ok. Then I started getting emails. He rescheduled, rescheduled, rescheduled!!! Literally!! No! That’s when i became super angry! I have boxes in my livingroom and I’m tired of tripping over them!! Then I called Handyman and they told me “because of covid they are having trouble finding a handyman to come to my area! I live in a very rural area but y’all knew this when I first paid for the service! I canceled it and got my daughter in law and her and I got them put together! The one table was actually damaged a little even though it’s does to be brand new but that’s a review for wayfair!! This has been a nightmare!! I’ll NEVER EVER EVER PAY WAYFAIR TO USE THEIR HANDYMAN SERVICE!!
