It's really upsetting to realize that I was misled and essentially scammed. The fact that they haven't taken responsibility or refunded my money only makes it worse. Looking back on this experience, it's hard to understand why a company would do this, as it just damages their reputation in the long term. If anything, they just proved themselves to be fraudsters. They lack the understanding of how important honesty and accountability are in business.
