Terrible service, deleted all my files I had a terrible time with THC Servers. One day, out of the blue they simply deleted my account, all my files and emails. I was only a few months into a 12 month paid-in-advance package. When I complained they were totally unrepentant. It turns out their reason was a couple of people complained about my site on a third party forum. That, a little customer dissatisfaction, was enough for them to delete everything without even contacting me. It's scary to think they would delete an entire account, paid for in advance, because a negative review.

Honestly, THCSERVERS are the best! Honestly, THC understanding and kindness is in top tier with their outstanding customer service and technical prowess. They won't suspend you even if you have not renewed and emailed them you have little money problem, they will extend your invoice. Tickets are answered in few minutes and service is non to be compared. I have been with them over five (5) years, one reseller and several individual hosting packages.
