Lied to get me to demo. Presenter hung up on me. The opener Zack- convinced me to take a demo with a promise of every car dealer in USA and manager contact numbers. 1 min into the zoom demo the presenter let me know that i had to import my contacts (they don't provide). I explained why I'm now angry and he (click) killed the zoom. Terrible experience from opener's lie to presenter's handling of an aggrevated prospect.

Do Not Do Business w/ Seamless.ai Lying about contract terms. Follow up isn't consistent. Billing increases without warning. Not an honest company. I requested a monthly term which they provided me monthly pricing so I figured it was monthly term as the yearly prepaid price was less on average over a year. Just one of my many bad experience trying to work w/ an online vendor of SaaS

DO NOT SIGN A CONTRACT OF ANY KIND WITH THEM !!!!! They are the worst lead service ever and just want to take your money. I am contacting the NY attorney general and filing a complaint and I am going to sue them for deceptive business practices
