I placed an order and cancelled it… I placed an order and cancelled it within a few mins. Customer support responded asap and I thought it was cancelled but then a few days later they sent me an email confirmation that my order was shipped. I contacted customer support again and they said that they couldn't do anything about it since it was already shipped.

Where is my order ? I had concerns about my order I sent support an email they very courteous. They I formed me of their process and why things were taking a little longer than expected which was great to be informed without being treated like you had no sense. They satisfied my concerns which led to a positive conclusion. Regards, Fabian

I was concerned about my order cause it… I was concerned about my order cause it was over a week and I haven’t heard anything and I emailed them and they got back to me right away and explained about the ordering process. Few days later got an email with my shipment on the way.

The process was quick and easy to… The process was quick and easy to purchase but I still don’t hv accurate shipping information so I’m a little worried. The website says orders are shipped in 3 business days
