We love TOPS Pro We love TOPS Pro! Works excellent, good solid software.

We have found that the TOPS Software is… We have found that the TOPS Software is making it easier for us to maintain a low deliquency rate on our accounts receivables. We also like the CCR Violation process and how it can be tailored to meet the needs of our HOA. The only drawback is that we would like to be able to run CCR Reports that generate charts and graphs. Currently TOPS One does not have this feature. The support staff has been outstanding in answering our questions and resolving tickets.

Some Good, Some Bad We have a really good relationship with our training rep, but when we ask questions beyond her expertise, we wait longer than expected for a reply. When tech does reach out they are very helpful. The software itself is not our favorite. We upgraded from their 20 year old version and so we thought we'd transition task free and that simply isn't the case. Some of our data didn't transfer, some transferred incorrectly, some of the applications require more key strokes than the older version. The one thing that has been helpful is searching for info on the system, but the reality is, we don't have to utilize that function often. All in all, I think we'd have been better off starting fresh and not transferring since it hasn't saved us time and caused much stress.

KING OF JUNK FEES These thieves charge $2 to process each HOA payment. Unreal! None of the payment processors for my other properties charge this ridiculous junk fee. They charged this fee TWICE on the same day for payments of two items on my monthly statement.
