Best analytics I've seen We've been using Amplitude for almost a year now and it's hands down the best analytics I've used (and I've used most of the big players out there!). Their behavioral cohorting is really useful, and I haven't found it in any other analytics solutions. It's also very reasonable cost-wise.

Product Analytics Done Right We use Amplitude at our startup for just about everything when it comes to product analytics. Their free plan is very extensive, so even small teams and startups can use it for free for a long time. Now, we've reached a point of scale where we pay for the Growth Plan, and we generally love it. Amplitude often pushes improvements that have helped us gain more insight about our user and customer base. The graphs are sharable, unlike Google Analytics, which makes it easy to come back to and collaborate on.

They do not deserve one star They do not deserve one star. I have lost over £10500. I asked them to unfreeze my account in order to withdraw my outstanding funds which is over £5000 and now they asking me for £14770 to get my money back. I am in the worst situation in my life financially. Due to their terrible customer service, I was scammed by someone claiming to be their customer service representative from their Headquarters. Worse platform ever. I advice not to deal with them. They are absolute fraudulent. How on earth a customer service will deal with clients via WhatsApp messages alone and no phone calls. That's nothing but SCAM!!!

This company need to be sued for… This company need to be sued for thousands and millions, the amount of people that have been scammed and been through depression because of this fraudulent company, a lawsuit should be inbound for all the victims. I have lost over £50,000 and no one is there to help me, this company should be reported. Big scam artists like this need to be in the newspapers so the whole world is aware! Heartless Criminals!!

good, cheap analytics solution i was using a competitive product for a while but it was eating into my cash WAYY too fast. Amplitude is much much cheaper, so I switched and couldn't be happier. Amplitude is way easier to use, and way more affordable. love it.
