Had to pay without using any service Stay away from this app. After a free trial, I have been paying for more than a year without getting any sort of updates. Most apps with free trials would make sure you are ready to pay a monthly fee with automatic renewals. This VPN isn't user-friendly in this matter. I asked for a refund for services I never used. I've been sent a link to their terms and conditions. As if anyone is reading these before using an app. Anyway.. Leaving with a very bitter taste.

Different experiences based on free or paid Actually, I'm giving this app the benefit of the doubt. Trustpilot should require peeps to indicate if they are using the free or paid version. I'm using the free version and get what I paid for. My experience is paid versions get you much more. So, it's hard to know since not all the reviews are based on the same version.

Avoid - Service does not let you cancel Do not trust this service. They say you can cancel at any time, but when you try to cancel you find you have to send an email and then they keep sending you questions and not cancelling your service no matter how strongly you ask for the cancellation to be made immediately. There are plenty of VPNs that act professionally. Don't risk your money with this one.
