Scammed by IOZOOM I requested a refund 7 days ago and they still have not sent me my money. They tell you 48 and 72 hours but it's a lie and it's been 3 days and I still don't get my money back. I think I was scammed by this IOZOOM staff.

iozoom lies... For some reason, the remote desktop froze and nothing I do has any effect. The support staff claim its my internet provider - i should restart this, restart that, meanwhile EVERYTHING connected to my internet works fine and fast, including my chats and emails to iozoom. The only thing is NOT working is the VPS. My biggest disappointment is their lies.

I haven't had a single minute of downtime or any issues that would require me to contact support for any reason. Fast support, their support team are quick to respond to support tickets. I tested several VPS hosts and iozoom is the best one I found.
