GBTerrible Support Terrible support. Used NexusBytes for over a year with random server downtime and my account randomly being "disabled". Every support ticket is answered with the following, "Hello, We are working on your issue. Please hold on. Regards, XXXXXXXXXXXXX Technical Support Engineer Nexus Bytes, LLC. But no update or corrective action is given.

PHNexus Bytes LLC is great especially… Nexus Bytes LLC is great especially their support. I experienced possibly the very best support of all time. Sir Jay is very humble man, he always answered and suggested politely even my concerns was already in their knowledgebase. I've been with other VPS hosting companies for the past 10 years, with my experienced their are only few providers that after sales support is good. GBThis company probably operates on such… This company probably operates on such thin margins, that when they go down, like 3 days ago, they have no equipment or people to help get it back up. They ran smoothly for years, now they are fully down. All they said is "please bear with us, hardware and software issues". AFter asking repeatedly for updates, you get nothing and you can't call them. Terrible. NO idea when its coming back on online after 3 days!
