No service received Paid for vps, it said that processing takes 10-20 minutes. Did not receive any replies for more than 24 hours. Terrible customer service, just ignores the messages. By the way the plan that says 6.99/monthly on the site immediately turns into 7.99/monthly when you press Order now, so I would just recommend to stay away.

Falsely billed twice, support took a month to reply and refused to cooperate, deleted my account as a response I purchased a VPS from them and their service screwed up : i got billed and didn't get my Virtual Machine, i had to reach the support to get it activated. (for 2 months, my profile page said "Your Virtual machine is getting created, please wait." and i thus couldn't access the control panel from their site.) As a result, i have been billed twice on the course of 2 months. Billet 4 times for 2 VPS when i had only one. When i reached the support to ask for a refund of the falsely billed months, they told me they had identified (only)one paiement and offered a free month that they directly applied to my account. I refused and they reconducted my VPS. I gave them some time before contacting PayPal and they took 2 whole weeks to reply just to say "We refunded you." after PayPal forced them to refund one paiement. I had to contact PayPal again for the second paiement to finally get this solved. And as a response, they deleted the support ticket and my account on their website.

Great Experience Great Experience. I have been using their VPS for 2-3 weeks. My experience is Great. Server is always easy to connect. Up time is excellent. I am running 2 MT4 Terminals for live trading and continuous backtesting and the server never show problem doing it's job. Sales and Support are very helpful through Facebook messenger. response is within minutes if not instant. I will update if my experience need an update. My Invoice #874682

What a headache! Terrible company and I wish I had read reviews first. Terrible uptime. They’re always down or switching IP addresses on you so you can’t access your server. There’s no where to cancel your subscription. Be prepared to cancel your payment method. I have been asking them to cancel my subscriptions for a month now and they still won’t. Can’t remove your payment methods from their site. Customer service is arguably terrible. They know they have these issues and play dumb.

COMPLETE BILLING SCAM!!! If I can go 0 stars I would. Request after request after opening many several tickets they refuse to cancel the vps and continue to LIE saying, “Your caed has been unlinked from billing and your server will be canceled automatically the next billing period”. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BS! CALL YOUR BANK, DISPUTE, SHOW THE BANK THE TICKETS YOU’VE SENT THEM, AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND HAVE YOUR BANK BLOCK THEM IMMEDIATELY. THEY ARE LIARS AND SCAMMERS THAT JEEP CHARGING YOUR CARD OVER AND OVER!!!!
