What a headache! Terrible company and I wish I had read reviews first. Terrible uptime. They’re always down or switching IP addresses on you so you can’t access your server. There’s no where to cancel your subscription. Be prepared to cancel your payment method. I have been asking them to cancel my subscriptions for a month now and they still won’t. Can’t remove your payment methods from their site. Customer service is arguably terrible. They know they have these issues and play dumb.

Poor support and very unprofessional Poor support and very unprofessional, they claim to be 24h support but took almost half a day or a day to get you back. Use other VPS Service providers out there, don't fall for their cheap service. Also, there are a lot of fake 5-star reviews from here, you can see the consistency of the people giving 5 stars are giving to other same company Fxvpspro, Fxvps, Bestfxvps, Fxvps, and so on. Also, they like to threaten their customers to block their VPS accusing them of over-usage. So again, don't fall for their cheap services, because their customer service is also cheap. Trust me, STAY AWAY from these Bangladeshi scammers!

Request after request after opening many several tickets they refuse to cancel the vps and continue to LIE saying, “Your caed has been unlinked from billing and your server will be canceled automatically the next billing period”. DO NOT FALL FOR THIS BS! CALL YOUR BANK, DISPUTE, SHOW THE BANK THE TICKETS YOU’VE SENT THEM, AND GET YOUR MONEY BACK AND HAVE YOUR BANK BLOCK THEM IMMEDIATELY. Terrible customer service I've used this company for a couple of years and then decided that FX trading wasn't for me. I've asked them several times now to close my account and for the second month in a row they have taken payment. They told me they had closed my account but clearly hadn't. The service itself wasn't the best with the vps often being down and then having to contact them to tell them to reinstate my service (they also would never tell me how long the vps had been down)which always felt like pulling teeth. Avoid this company if you want a) a reliable vps service and b) good customer service.
