Worse than useless spell checker This went very well to begin with, Until I tried anything that caught my typos. DDG spots them very well. Just as well as everyone else. with a red line underneath, BUT with everyone else you right click, and get a list of words that the spell checker thinks might be the one. DDG on a right click only offers to do a search for your mistyped word. Try searching for a DDG extension for spelling. -- There isn't one. That alone makes the product a non-starter for me. Such a shame, and such an easy thing to get right

I had spent ages trying to protect my data and stop websites and apps tracking me.its deliberately made different for huge companies financial gain .this Web browser made it loads easier by blocking apps and websites tracking and harvesting data. Very simple to use via the app and means I can use websites etc and protect my data without having to forgot using the net.very ethical. Also improved my understanding of this industry making easier to further protect myself. About time manufacturers made it default browser.

Basically never had problems with… Basically never had problems with emails or any security issues as had security protection,down loaded duckduck go and my yahoo email crashed and several security issues found by my my security provider,which thankfully they blocked... uninstall duckduck go and not had any more issues. I get lots of adult content spam I get lots of adult content spam. Can't find a website to report it to DuckDuckGo. When I unsubscribe it brings me to a website of spam link, but when I mark as spam it marks the sender email as spam. 3-4 days later the same email arrives from a different email, but to unsubscribe it send you back to the same website I tried to block. Emailing to Support at DuckDuckGo.com, as several website said, doesn't work.

Good search engine app (android) I use this on android and it's decent. I find if I use google to search something then I'll be bombarded with ads related to that search term for the next few days, ads which are never really relevant to me and just a way for google to make money out of my personal info. DuckDuckGo feels more secure, does what it says on the tin, its just a search engine that doesn't want to incessantly sell stuff to me.
