Helpful customer service and prompt follow through We purchased a HUUM Drop sauna heater from Nordica Sauna in December 2023, and the customer service from Nordica has been essential to install and use the heater. 1.) We missed applying a discount code, which Nordica quickly applied and refunded the extra cost after our request. 2. More importantly, Nordica customer service helped us diagnose an issue with the installation. The electrician we hired made an installation mistake. Nordica identified the issue and sent a replacement part, free of charge. We're extremely happy we purchased with Nordica, and plan to buy accessories from them.

I looked into many different saunas I looked into many different saunas, but mostly we found either super fancy "european style" saunas or barrel saunas. I'm an experience sauniest from Austria and I always missed the sauna culture in the US. Mostly I found saunas in Gyms, where people wear wet bathing suites and similar which is super disgusting. I decided to buy and install my own sauna! I looked into a particular Sauna as I knew the barrel style doesn't fit my criterias. I need headroom as I don't simply pure some water on the oven! I use the towel to distribute the hot/wet air! Therefore, you need head room! I barrel Sauna is mostly 8 ft high. Instead, Dundalk CT Georgian Cabin is around 10 ft high, which allows to use the towel in a traditional way. I read on the website about the delivery process and checked in with Tina as I was not able to find a company near by to handle the palette delivery at my house. Tina organized a local company to meet with the delivery truck at my location to get the palette delivered from the street to my house. She also applied a discount of over $ 500 to compensate the cost of the local delivery. I was super happy! Next step open up the crate and get the parts organized for assembly! I can't tell you how pleased I was to see the very detailed instructions and the way how Nordica arranged the parts in the crate! The wood was absolutely super dry - and super straight! No Homedepot experience at all! I was able to assemble the parts in 2 1/2 days with my wife's and a friend's assistance. Super easy! Installing the wood stove - well it just worked! We setup the Sauna in the beginning of October and started using it immediately. I can't tell you how I much my wife and myself missed it! The wood stove works amazingly fantastic! I took me two attempts to realize that I have to feed at least 4 - 6 logs to create enough energy to heat up the sauna in around 45 to 75 minutes. We usually perform three runs after 12 minutes of sweating for each run I poor a mix of water and scent on the stones. When I placed the stones delivered on the stove, I realized that the package delivered doesn't quite cover the stove, I reached out to Tina and asked her whether it's possible to get another package of stones. Tina sent me another package right away - for free! Another example of great customer service, she reacted very fast and the stones arrived in a week! 5 months later, I have to say that I enjoy the sauna very much, it was the right decision I made, the quality of the wood and the stove is great! I know this for sure, because I grew up with enjoying saunas since I was a teenager. 6 people can easily take place and enjoy sweating! You can find that Sauna kit on multiple different sites, but would encourage to buy from Nordica to support the company and their employees. I'm pretty sure it's not easy to keep up a business in the US with selling saunas. It's a niche product - not like in my home country. So, keep selling your great products and keep customer service engaged as I experienced! Thank You, for a fantastic experience!

Great Experience! Great Company! Nordica is a great company. They had the best prices and went out of their way to ensure I had everything I needed for my handmade barrel sauna. They made it easy to place my orders through my Health Savings Account (HSA) and were able to source aluminum barrel sauna bands for me. They also had Huum send an extra box of sauna rocks when my Hive Heat stove kit came up a couple of rungs short from filling the hive cage. I highly recommend Nordica!
