Nightmare Experience with Content at Scale AI… The output of their Content at Scale AI generated writing is crap. I had to rewrite and rewrite again to get a 100% human approval rating. So, what is the purpose of paying them $49.00 per month when I have to put in the work myself? None! So, I tried to cancel after the first day. This is where the nightmare began. I typed cancel into their chat. I got links that don't work or take you to the billing page with no direction on how to cancel. Then, I read in a Google search that I had to download their app to cancel. I looked for the app, but Content at Scale has no app in the Apple Store. There are different-named apps that this company produces, but not any under their name that I could find. Any company that makes it hard for someone to cancel their app is nothing but trouble. This company is like a horror movie. Once you get in, you can't get out. Stay far away from this company. I am still searching for a way to get rid of their subscription, 3 hours later, mind you.

And then emailed it to me AGAIN after this offering the same promo! So I tried to redeem it one more time and instead spent 3 hours chatting with them as they essentially used me to troubleshoot the problem. In the end they told me they wouldn’t honor the offer and sent a link to sign up at double the price.

Low Volume Generative AI Plan Not Good The Low Volume Generative AI version is not worth it. You are better off just using Chat GPT 4 or Quillbot. I have a small digital agency and wanted to try it out and it's not intuitive at all. The tutorials on Youtube are for the High Volume plan so I assumed some of the features would also be in the Low Volume plan. They are not. I had it just a couple of hours and cancelled the plan and asked for a refund. They would not oblige. Do not waste your money.
