GBI really like shoot proof but.... I really like shoot proof. The idea it has behind the aim for simplicity is illuminating towards people like me. I’m always on the go and like sites like ShootProof for a one stop shop. I’d like to have it be a little more user friendly in navigating through the site and what I want. I’m computer savvy and know my way around a PC and Mac. There are a few areas I’d make more efficient. This way it would make me getting to know the site faster.

GBBeware of fees for buyer error I enjoy the product and I have tried a few different programs. However, be advised that if a buyer makes an error in their order and files a dispute, YOU, their paying customer, are charged a fee for the investigation of the dispute. I received a notification that somebody had flagged the charge from Shootproof as fraudulent, upon investigation it was clearly an error on the part of the person purchasing pictures. I offered to resolve it directly with the customer, which I was happy to do, but Shootproof refused to remove the $15 charge for the "investigation."

GBI love Shootproof!! I love Shootproof!!! It's so much simpler to send contracts, galleries, automated emails etc than any other product I've tried. They have seamless print ordering available through all the big name printing companies, and clients can pay straight through Shootproof. Their customer service is top notch! I truly look and feel more professional because of ShootProof!!

GBVery Disappointing Very Disappointing. Zero customer service. I was with them for years and the whole system is a mess compared to what I am with now. They didn't try to fix anything, offer support or improve their services in that time. I also paid a year upfront and closed my account after 2 months - they are keeping the whole years payment and didn't even look for feedback why I left. A poor business that I wouldn't recommend. Studio Ninja is fantastic, try that!
