useless non existent customer service appalling after sales service.I am now having to sue them to recover very large losses caused by destruction of goods,lost items and theft.Reported all incidents to shiply.completely useless response.they give you a ticket number and then toally ignore you.do not use!!

I had a free trial from these....oh dear no refunds I had a free trial from these, i didn't want to subscribe to it after the trial and forgot to cancel the account, so they charged me, i didn't use the account either, on the same day i asked them to refund me and they said, no, it's against our terms and conditions, when this has happened to me with a genuine company like Adobe, they have refunded me the same day, wont be using sniply.ly in the future me thinks, buyer beware
