GBAnonymizer Universal: has it kept up with its competition I have been using Anonymizer Universal (AU) and its previous versions for about five years. Today, 1/17/16) I happened to compare AU against other products. It seems that AU does not appear in either PCMag or in PCWorld. Does that mean AU has not paid these media for advertising? I noticed the last review here was 584 days ago. Does that mean users have fled to another program? If so, which one has "captured" the most defectors?

GBHas improved over the years but always reliable Having been a customer of Anonymizer for so many years I have seen the positive and negative actions that they have taken over the years. They have changed their product up a few times and I unfortunately lost access to a few parts of their service that I enjoyed. They positive outcome is that they are developing new aspects to their service that bring me features that I wasn't even aware that I was missing. I have tested out a few of the "new guys" in the industry but I have yet to find a service that has the same performance as Anonymizer. While performance is important with a service like theirs, the fact that they have been in the business as long as they have helps me trust that my privacy is protected.

GBFast and Reliable Have been happy with their service since day one. Never any down time and the speed has been above average. Had some difficulty setting it up on my router but my router is kinda old so it was not surprising. Once everything was initially setup it has been smooth sailing.
