Worst hotel ever Stayed at Shoreditch London. I do have to question some of these reviews. Quite simply one of the worst hotels I’ve stayed in. Poor location, poor mattress (about 4” thick), bathroom was fully plastic and looks like it’s more suited to an aeroplane, room very hot and air con not working or turned off due to time of year. Then to breakfast, hot food was Luke warm at best and sparse. Never again.

We stayed at the Ibis, Brisbane Airport, the staff are indifferent and not helpful, I asked if they did room service and was told they did so I ordered some drinks only to be told to “.. come down to reception and collect it ..”. Breakfast was included in the price but when I asked for a Latte I was told that was extra. When we checked in the receptionist said if we used anything from the mini bar we would be charged but the mini bar was empty (unlike the bin, which was full of rubbish when we arrived in the room). Plus the fact that there was only one side table by the bed. All in all very unsatisfactory. I will not be using Ibis again.
