GBI recently paid for service 5 days… I recently paid for service 5 days before my due date but I never got the service. They have ignored my requests to look into the issue. They have not returned my phone calls. They have not returned my emails. This company is a SCAM!!! Don’t trust them!!! I’m going to report them to the BBB.

GBI haven't as yet put my materials on…Great support! I haven't as yet put my materials on the web hosting site, but I've used their email support many, many times. They've often gotten back to me within the hour; occasionally I've had to wait only about three hours. This is fantastic!

RUUser friendly Lowest Host/Empire Technology I've been a customer of Lowest Host/Empire Technology for almost 15 years. After moving away from many others I finally found the reliable and [most important IMHO] friendly hosting company. Important thing that stands out: they do not outsource services to South Asia or Eastern Europe [just what many do]. They do not put you on hold forever. They do not wipe your drives on the second day overdue payment. They do not overcharge $$/hr just to fix their own faults [I got this often with one Canadian giant hosting]. They are not treating you like a amateur with $5 in a pocket, and overall they allways act professionally. Anyone can buy and install powerful servers in Data Center, but not many can maintain customers for more than a decade. PS: Oh, I forgot there were neither technical failures nor blackouts since [when?]. Just didn't happen.
