Perfect Gift Sent this order as a gift, my niece loved it!

Car arrived Damaged! Bought our son a toy car and it arrived damaged. We assumed it may have been damaged during shipping however when we took everything out of the box, there were no cracked pieces of plastic. The back of the car was preassembled, the headlight was missing and it looked like it was put together incorrectly. The cracked pieces were definitely prior to shipping otherwise we would have seen the broken pieces in the box. The company did not email us back and their phone lines are closed due to Covid. Dishonest business practice, really disappointed.

A lot of fun These things are so fun and cute. My daughter won't get out of it and she looks so adorable as she drives around.

I had to report this company to the… I had to report this company to the BBB. I purchased a pink jag that had issues with the steering wheel, and the company wanted me to pay for return shipping. If you do want to return an item you must do so before 30 days from the date of purchase, not date delivered. They did everything to prevent refunding my money, and I never received that refund. The car I received was poorly engineered. A piece of junk!

Ride on Jeep is a great product. On Dec 7, 2020, I ordered a Kids ride on True Max Black Truck and it arrived in plenty of time for Christmas. I was very surprised by the quality, size and all the great features of the Jeep. It couldn't have pleased me more. My only concern is that i am still waiting for the "license" that was supposed to be mailed to me.
