Stole my money! Not only is the service terrible, but they steal your money. When you leave, they refuse to refund the money you have in your "mobile wallet" to automatically pay for any overages. If you do make the mistake of going with this service, avoid putting money in the mobile wallet - you won't get it back.

Bought the IoT SIM for Hotspot internet… Bought the IoT SIM for Hotspot internet at home from Amazon. It came quickly. I installed it into my Cudy N300 4G router. It was easy to activate and is working flawlessly for high speed internet wifi here at home. I selected the 3G/month plan for a year. I'm extremely happy!

Horrible experience with company Horrible experience with company. Tried to cancel one month to find that I was being charged again this month. Explained in previous month that my device had not been working for some time and just wanted pending charge to be canceled. Unfortunately, I was told that I was not eligible for a refund even though no minutes had been used. Definitely would not recommend service. Too much of a hassle just to cancel plan or stop auto. Customer service isn't the best.

What a mistake What a mistake! Although my Google phone has a fast processing chip and 16 GB of ram / 256 GB Storage, My phone tells me I have a full 4 bars of signal strength & a 5G connection but it cuts out quite a bit. As I am traveling through the local area trying to listen to music, it's constantly cutting out. In addition I've tried to browse the web or login to Amazon, it just hangs, then delivers the pages after 1 full minute. I cant function like this and will be moving to another carrier. Don't make the same mistake I did!

Absolute garbage Absolute garbage. Beware, if you are trying to cancel your auto-renew, do it before 6 days before your plan should expire as they charge you for the next month anyway and will not under any reason, issue a refund, even if you talk to their supervisors. Do not use this company when there are so many others to choose from.
