Check Conversion as it is hit or miss if complete I bought this software to do a conversion from a Zimbra email archive to GMAIL. While the direct do it all conversion ran, the results were incomplete. I had to check each folder to see if all the emails were there. Even after running multiple times folder by folder, bigger folders did not convert all emails. Then used the export function to export to a mbox format, Just realize that the program is not as great nor as accurate as advertised. Verify the conversion is complete.

I had problems because I didn't know how to activate it and I had to open a dispute, the manufacturer itself suggested I do it this way. Through chat contact with KDETOOLS I have been able to solve it in a few minutes, the service of Miss Garima Jeph was fast and efficient. The software has allowed to retrieve important information for my client.

Not really a money back guarantee I paid for the software and it just crashed when I tried to use it - when I asked for support they said they had to 'remotely control' my laptop and download config files - no sane person would let someone they don't know remotely access their laptop and files. They claim a 30 day refund policy, but won't refund if you don't let them take over your computer. Beware.

Purchased the PST Splitter tool (Solved) Purchased the PST Splitter tool which doesn't work. Issue resolved. (Archive was looked by Outlook) Support contacted me after my review at Trust pilot and assisted me in solving the issue. The software does with needs to do but support can be improved.
