Shonky scam and breach of copyright! These guys scrape the internet for other law firms and people's work and try to sell it. Some of the contracts are not even legal and they are stealing from other businesses! What they are offering is illegal and anyone who uses their templates or services may be subject to legal action by the owners of the templates directly. Beware!
