Where there's smoke, there's fire... No updates for original transparent business shareholders. Ignoring all of the noise about Unicoin, cancelling the TP IPO is too convenient, when this was the entire value proposition marketed to the original transparent business investors. Usually when an IPO is cancelled, a convertible note is offered so investors have an exit point. No Unicoin minted for original TP investors, so what about dividends from Unicoin to TP investors? TP is a holding company now after all... Yep...still waiting a clear answer on that one. Their c-suite are an eclectic mix of relatively public personalities. Fingers crossed these guys haven't gone the way of the classic "off-the-rails" US Tech startup fable... Time will tell.

Scam company Scam company. Please careful. I invested $5000 pre IPO in April 2021I have not received a share certificate to date in Oct 2022. The company has failed to have an IPO in this time and the email from the Investor Relations team is no longer valid. This is a scam.

From the beginning Transparent Business was more then transparent about investing in Unicoins as Crypto 2.0 with a daily communication, pointing out the risk of investment in crypto as the reasons why to invest in Unicoins! Scam, me thinks not Some of the reviews say scam, well then it's a very elaborate scam involving not only John Bercow, the former speaker of the House of Parliament but also Steve Wosniak no less. And a TV show, well that's obviously a good front, Unicoin is even being advertised on the NASDAQ building now. I have invested pre-IPO in transparent business and in Unicoin. High returns do mean high risk, and yes I understand I could lose everything. But Alex the CEO provides regular email updates and has even responded to my emails. That's something I don't get from my other pre-IPO investments. Even if I double my money I am happy and the potential returns are much better than any bank can give. So please do your own research, you can easily google TransparentBusiness, Unicoin.com and Unicornhunters.com. Look at what Forbes and CNN as well as other third parties who are not invested in these assets have said. After the IPO launch I might pop back and give it 5 stars :) Even on their website, they recommend that you talk to a financial advisor. Scam, me think's not. Update. Unicorn ICO will happen in the fall of this year (2023), TransparentBusiness IPO next year. I get regular email updates from Alex and as I understand it Richard Branson will be involved in the Unicorn Hunters show
