Bought an unlock chip arrived quick… Bought an unlock chip arrived quick good instructions, pretty legit.

Do not expect a refund if they cant unlock your phone Initially I had no problem with Unlockauthority. They responded very fast with a code and directions. The tech support was very friendly nut was unable to unlock my phone. The tech support advised me I would be receiving a refund within 1-2 hours and it had now been a month and I haven't recieved anything. I have e-mailed multiple times and the only reply I get back is " please be patient ". Well they had no problem taking the money out of my account quickly but they are not willing to give a refund.

No code provided I received email indicating the code for my phone "has been successfully calculated". But the email did not provide the code. Responded to the email asking for the code twice and I still do not have the code. I give them two stars because they were quick to respond to my emails despite not getting the code.

Wow wow wow.. Wow wow wow... Honestly, i purchased 2 unlocks at the same time, one from this site and the other from differnent site. Surprisingly, code from unlockauthority came. Great job sticking with your unlock timing.. I would recommend this site to anyone who's looking for unlock sites. Thank u

Fast Fast, worked the first time, had to change a bunch of network settings to switch from US Cellular to ATT, but all the information was on ATTs troubleshooting site. Thanks for being so helpful :)
