The unlock was resolved within 24 … The unlock was resolved within 24 hours. My phone needed a remote unlock by cable so I had to live chat with a technician. I also was skeptical because of some of the reviews but it was well worth giving them a try. I am very pleased to have my cellphone unlocked. Fast Fast, worked the first time, had to change a bunch of network settings to switch from US Cellular to ATT, but all the information was on ATTs troubleshooting site. Thanks for being so helpful :)

After paying it said I'd have my code… After paying it said I'd have my code in 30 to 45 minutes at most 24 hours it's going on 72 hours and nothing yet. I have sent several messages to their support and no answer. This is a scam and I am contacting my states attorney generals office and filing a class action lawsuit. I will also be filing a complaint with PayPal. Hoping to stop their ability to utilize them anymore to steal money.
