BDI had a terrible experience! BE AWARE!! I had a terrible experience with Cosmotown.com domain registrar company. My domain stayed down for more than 2 months due to their nonfunctional DNS system! They couldn't fix the propagation for months! I couldn't move it because ICANN forbids to move out before 60 days. What a terrible experience I have with them!! I'll remove my account and never register or transfer the domain to them. I could give them -5 stars if I could! BE AWARE!!

GBA disgruntled customer filed a false… A disgruntled customer filed a false abuse report about our site/domain with Cosmotown (our registrar) and they've taken control over our nameservers which point to Cloudflare. We cannot access our site or email. They won't respond to our emails and Zendesk tickets Legal action incoming if not resolved immediately. Ticket number 73937

INGreat experience so far... I've had a great experience so far with CosmoTown. No one else offer domains at their price. Replies mostly take a day but if they could enable Live Support atleast with ticketing it would be awesome.... If thats enabled I would even move my domains from other registries to Cosmotown... Good Luck Team...

KWCheapest registrar ever I had a domain which was pending registration as I used account funds. The domain status changed from pending to completed when I sent a support request. The support is accurate to the point. I believe there is no other registrar which can match their price. If one is a bit patient and detail oriented, CosmoTown can be their best bet. I personally feel so after 22 years of dealing with domains.

TZCosmotown is a scammers This guy is a scammer. Don't work with them; there's no support until you raise concerns here and beg to delete your review. They can't reply to tickets or emails when it comes to service; it's very outdated. I will, however, say that Cosmotown is a scammer. This is the fifth time they've offered bad services during domain registration and transferring. However, they provide good service to me. I will come back and change it. Avoid this unless you want to take the risk, they didn’t replying my ticket until now (#64366)
