I contact support many times to cancel… I contact support many times to cancel my subscription because I am not using the service anymore and they said they canceled already but my card always charges when I contact them again they said that because I am registered for automatic payment my credit card will continue to get charge. That's bad customer service. I told them many times to cancel my subscription because I am not using them anymore but still they charge me many times and when I asked them to get a refund because I am not using the IP burger anymore they told me they can't process the refund. Please beware about using this service they tend to charge you without knowing. P.S I can change my feedback if you will send me my refund.

Great service & support I find the ipburger services very well documented and easy to use. Have been using them at various payment merchants that do not allow access in my country! The support team is very responsive, thumbs up! :)

I have been using IPBurger for years… I have been using IPBurger for years now and wouldn’t trust another provider. I will be the first to admit I am not the most tech savvy, im not bad but I do struggle with some of the more complicated bits. I find the service extremely easy to setup and the support are extremely responsive (and extremely patient!!!).

Look no more IP Burger is the best I have tried many different VPN and dedicated IP companies - IP Burger is by far the best and i have been with them for years now . Don’t waste your time and money with the other companies- IP Burger is the right one!!!
