Worst business practices Please stay away from this company. This is a complete scam. If you want to opt-out make sure you have email or paper copy.Don't rely on their verbal communications otherwise you will pay the price. They keep changing their policy without proper notifications to the customers. Service is worst. Be super careful.

Compared to my past carriers FreedomPop gets the job done better value for money. Customer service will always be willing to help if you have issues and just be cognizant of your usage to avoid overages and you will be perfectly satisfied. Make it easier to port numbers out to other carriers (such as Google Voice), it seems as though only the big 4 carriers support moving a number from FreedomPop

Freedom Pop is cost efficient Freedom Pop is a cost efficient, easy to use wireless provider. I've had no issues with connectivity, phone calls or messaging unlike other wireless carriers that I have used.

Scammers Sign up for free phone service -> Get dozens of spam messages every day -> "Oops, you're out of text messages! We topped you up automatically! Oops, we did it again! We signed you up for a recurring plan automatically!" -> Overdrafts my bank -> Can't talk to a human being at FreedomPop or dispute the charge with the bank because it's in the terms & conditions that they can do this to their marks I mean customers. F****ck this company!
