GBThe platform is good but Product Support is lacking and does not support people with learning disabilities The software platform is good, but the product support is very bad - they have a live chat feature with their product support, which is very slow to come back on. When we decided to buy the product for a client, we didn't realise they would take hours to respond. In my two most recent experiences (on 19/04/23 and 20/04/23), it took them 1.5 hours to answer a simple question and then 7 hours just to ask if I would still like my questions answered. I have heard of mixed experiences but in today's marketplace, there must be better organisations than Culture Amp. As a result, I will be advising my clients not to renew with them and will steer clear from them in the future. I also think the product is not for people with learning difficulties, such as dyslexia, since most of their guides are in writing. I am a dyslexic and therefore need to chat live to make sense of the platform. I was clear about this with some coaches but the lack of support remains.

GBDeletes your work I hate this platform for one simple reason, it loves to delete your work. Picture this, you spend an hour writing a glorious review for a co-worker. You're finally happy with it and you hit submit! Does it submit though? No. Culture-Amp decides that the submit button should instead refresh the page (some un-alerted timeout feature), and all your work is lost. It's my fault for letting this be the third time it's happened to me. I remember now why the last time I used the application, I chose do the work in an external platform, and at the end copy it in. Avoid this service, save yourself the headache.
