I finally know what I should eat, based on my own genes, not from what some diet guru believes. There's all kinds of information about diet, genes, lab draws, latest studies in nutrition and much more. They're obviously personally invested in the science. They have been responsive to my questions and very helpful. I have gotten a GeneFood diet report for myself my husband, and plan to get one for my sons.
