Arrived quickly! I realized that I ran out of Bio-Kult and needed a quick shipment of it. I originally looked at Amazon but the prices had gone up a bit and I don't believe in paying more for something that I can get cheaper elsewhere. I found Blue Herbs! And I was so excited about the quick and free shipping and cheaper price on Bio Kult.

Good Service, Poor Contact The only reason I didn't give a 5 star rating is that I have been unable to contact the company by phone any time I've tried. I don't want an answering machine or a promise to call back. If I call during business hours, I anticipate having someone there. On the positive, I appreciate the good communication via e-mail and appreciate the notice when things are out of stock. I've ordered three times. Twice the product has been out of stock at the time of order, but it shipped within a week.
