This company has terrible customer… This company has terrible customer service. I paid for the services with 21st Century. I submitted all the tickets and requested my website to launch in February 2021 and it is May 2021 no website. I was promised call backs and did not receive any follow up calls. I asked to speak to the owner and was told that he would not speak with me.

They don't have professional content… They don't have professional content writers, which is the entire reason I selected an AI enhanced website so that I wouldn't have to write the entire content. They had a Chinese writer writing broken English on my website. Then they make up a ton of crap up about my company. For example, I don't have medical assistants nor do I make false promises like guaranteed everyday services. No, they do not have questions/answers about people's companies and even a rough draft does not help them. My rough drafts are actually better than their final drafts! This is an example of their content work (a final draft they offered me): ______ LLC is proud to be your trusted and certified medical assistant delivering a higher level of care. Our registered medical assistant is not privileged to administer medications, however, we will assist the patient by clearly reading out loud information on the label, handing them the medication, or assisting them with a glass of water. We will also remind them of when it's time to take their medication and offer proper supervision to ensure the utmost safety on behalf of our medical assisting program.You can have confidence that our certified clinical medical assistant will report missed medications whilemonitoring the patient's pillbox. Please keep in mind that it's not the responsibility of the caregiver to set up the pillbox, so make sure it's already prepared with the proper amounts and medications. ______ LLC medical assistant programs are uniquely designed to enhance the patient's way of life and make them feel as comfortable as possible within their own living space. We look forward to serving you! I recommend building the website yourself if you're expecting professional content. And they did not add SEO to each final draft they gave me. And there is still no payment tab either whether or not they have created a link for it. They do something like a PayPal setup or a Square one, etc. I pointed out that there was no payment tab months ago to which they said I had to pick an account first... It's not a chicken and egg situation. It's a bones in-place-or-not-sign situation. 01/02/23 Update The services I ordered were described as having professional content writers. This is my complaint. I don't know why he is going on-and-on about branding. When we spoke on the phone, he admitted that they use unprofessional writers, ones who are in school to become writers, for example. They outsource. His employees also don't know the order of his operations or they wouldn't have told me that they did the SEO. His employees might not be able to keep up bc of all of the huge company changes they are going through. For example, now they want to charge me $550 twice a year before even the full year is up or before I choose a package or knew about their annual package deal changes. They said to me in an email that they couldn't charge my card because it wasn't on file, so they sent me the bill.... After I log in to send a reply (these ppl came off as super crazy to me,like proposing marriage before a yr of trying the $79 package), I find a place where it offers annual service packages & it's not an option. I then check the website today and see, o, they don't have my package option anymore. I'm concluding that the transition has been poorly implemented. Mind you, they haven't built my site bc they are still relying on me to write the professional content for them, & they didn't start building my website until at least halfway through the year. Hackpress looks like a really good hosting possibility, so I kind of don't want them to make my website now. I just want a refund. I'm pretty good at website building myself and wanted their services for the professional content writing. And so the owner knows, writing is not only subjective but objective. For example, if I write that "this was botiej a paid odd review." Objectively there are misspellings. But I could subjectively say that the writing is poor. I gave an example of the work done on my site that I had no impact on whatsoever so that people could draw their own conclusions. My requirements were not personal. I was objectionable to the writing, which people may take personally because I'm forthright about it. Everything else the owner talks about sounds like rubbish to me. All of the parts about AI, for example. Does anyone think the AI wrote was written above? If they never got to that process with me, why bring it up? I doubt their AI could write professional content or they would be in the wrong business. I didn't hear about the so-called specific "list of facts" until today when I read his response. I was told to give a list of service summaries, but then they started building my website even after I told them not to bc I didn't send them the list. Then when I did, I got content like the e.g. above.
