CAIt's a scam It's a scam or just a very bad company, either way, don't waste your time/money. However, the trial software works perfectly, so don't be fooled by it. The 24/7 support is false, there is no responses to emails within 24 hours. There's no way to claim the 7 day money back guarantee on the website so fraud claim is the route to getting your money back. Mastercard had originally flagged and blocked this purchase, I called to have it unblocked because I thought the software was legit. I guess the algorithm has seen this fraudulent company a few times before.
