GBJohn Cinco and the Chax support team… John Cinco and the Chax support team has been fantastic to work with. My computer recently suffered a reboot and several programs stopped working properly. The Chax support team was able to call and remote in to my computer to fix the problem quickly and provided information as to what they were doing along the way.

GBI could not get this to work I could not get this to work. I contact customer service through the website and no one ever got back to me. I would not recommend. I feel like I've been scammed. And I did reply and no one called me back.

GBI think I made a BAD mistake buying this software I think I made a BAD mistake buying this. I had another system that was less than HALF the price, EASY to use, etc. Paid $200 may just have to take the loss. One thing I could not find---INSTRUCTIONS ON HOW TO SET IT UP. You hit setup it takes to you GARBAGE and you have NO IDEA WHAT THE HELL THEY ARE TALKING ABOUT>
