GBI miss the old days I work for a logistics company ad a technician. I often have to troubleshoot issues with peoplenet tablets. For the past 3 years when I called the support team for help, they were usually from the Midwest, friendly, extremely knowledgeable, and always helpful. I would tell everyone I met that peoplenet had the best customer service in the world. Recently however, there has been a dramatic decline in the quality of the help. Completely clueless people mumbling broken english into speakerphone with kids screaming in the background kind of decline. Nowadays the representative is just reading from a sheet of paper with no idea what's happening and therfore unable to understand and solve problems. Please get your old employees back, they are sorely missed
