IAM has come to my rescue I am 65 years old and underweight. I reached out to IAM for help in gaining weight. It has helped and is continuing to help me be stronger and more fit. I have been receiving HCG injections which have helped greatly with my sleep, appetite and stamina problems and am soon to start TRT which I'm sure will help with my libido and weight gain concerns. My Guesswork is over, I’m impressed I came to Iamhrt.com frustrated and not sure of where is was in my optimization journey. I live in rural Mississippi with very inadequate labs and follow up. I was left on my own to guess at what I needed. I needed the support, the expert review of my labs and recommendations. The experience relieved my concerns.
