I was so impressed by Website look Scott is amazing, In the first online meeting with Bookmylogos, I was highly impressed with the high standard of customer support and service, and the level of care the Sales representative displayed. Further, I was promised that the team would complete the website, I had endeavored to get up and running, keeping with a high standard. And that they did. They delivered on all the professional aspects any business would seek to engage within due time. I'm pleased with the completion of the project and Bookmylogos will remain my choice for any future work. HIGHLY RECOMMEND.

Scammed and ripped off I hired this company under the name pixelsexperts.com To create a simple superman logo for my daughters baby shower in January. I paid $99.00 for the logo in full before they would even begin to create the logo which appeared under bookmylogos.com on my credit card statement. Fine, I paid and received the logo in January. Fast forward to May. I suddenly have 2 unauthorized fraudulent charges from bookmylogos.com totaling $7,000.00 yes SEVEN THOUSAND DOLLARS to my credit card. I have reached out to the person I gave my payment to but nobody responded back. Our credit card company has tried to call several times to discuss the unauthorized and fraudulent charges, and it goes to voice mail and says call rejected. I should have followed my instinct, but I thought this was legitimate… if they did not fraudulently charge my card, then why are they avoiding our efforts to contact them to discuss this matter? If you reading this review that is completely HONEST by the way, Don’t let this happen to you!

This company is difficult, rude, unprofessional & does not uphold their 100% satisfaction guarantee DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. This company is difficult, their concepts are cookie cutter, they're service is unprofessional, even abusive. They say they are registered LLC of California but as of 2/1/22 secretary of state does not have them registered in California as valid business. They're physical location is a Medical office bldg., with only medical offices in it. I have had a difficult time getting them to do what I want and their designs are remedial, like a kid doing a power point presentation. I have asked for a refund on site they have not completed, they are refusing to honor they're 100% satisfaction guarantee. They drag their feet, they make gaslighting statements, and condescending remarks, even racially charged remarks. I would not recommend them as professional, proficient or customer service oriented. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. At first they will tell you "oh yes we can do that for your site", then when you get into actual development after paying, they will say what you want is an add on!!! Bait and Switch!!!
