Total piece of crap. I'm not sure where the positive reviews come from, but Rezi is a total piece of crap. The UI is clunky and quite honestly, does not deliver. And, if you have a problem forget about any sort of support. I texted support (which is the only option) and never got a reply. Save your money and use a different service.

Rezi has helped me get more interviews… Rezi has helped me get more interviews in the marketing/advertising industry than I thought possible. My resume was very design-focused and had a good response from people who knew me but little from those who didn't. Rezi enabled me to cut through the clutter and get to the interview stage where I could differentiate myself. Thank you!

Their resume resume takes a week or… Their resume resume takes a week or more and their comments are so bland. Waited a week for this useless feedback: “Add LinkedIn url” “Set resume experience level correctly to get a more accurate rezi score” “Good resume” Definitely not worth the cost. Also, their cover letter AI bot needs Jesus because it doesn’t formulate a cover letter with understandable, proper grammar and doesn’t make sense. Wish I could get my money refunded.

Easy and Straightforward I've been looking for a good resume builder now that I'm looking for jobs again. Rezi was really easy and straightforward to use. The template is also very minimal, professional, and not too fancy, which I actually prefer. The only downside was the automatic formatting of my jobs based on starting times, which makes no sense since it's usually the jobs that are most current should be on top.

Worst experience and Jacob doesn’t even… Worst experience and Jacob doesn’t even have decency to respond back to an email. I gave my information as he asked on 1/11 for resume writing which has a five day turnaround. Well it’s 1/25 and no communication so I reach out, nothing. Next day reach out, radio silence. After wasting 2 weeks of my time I request a refund which is granted but still no response explaining what happened. This is the 2nd this has happened, previously they finally delivered after 3 weeks but was obviously rushed. My fault for trusting them. Never again.
