GBStraightforward: Straightforward: I have a lifetime license version of PDF Extra 2020 Professional PDF Editor to which I could not access because I could not log onto my admin login on desktop PC. Tod has a gifted power of listening from people like me with a minimal tech experience and knowhow. And because of his listening power, He immediately knew how to solve my subscription issue and directed me and guided me to steps in order for my problem to be solved. In addition; He even helped me draft an email correspondence to be sent to MobiSystems tech support group so that any of the tech support agents could easily understand what problem I was having with my MobiSystems Lifetime license. He explained why I was having issues and what needed to be done to fix the problem. He walked me through, step-by-step what I needed to do. It was a very nice exchange. Tod was very enthusiastic. GBUnstable, bug-ridden rubbish This reminds me of Microsoft Office from about 20 years ago, but even more bug-ridden. The Documents application is OK if all you want is a basic word processor, but if you want to do anything more complex (that nowadays would be regarded as a basic function) such as sharing or attaching to an email, forget it. There is no spell check or macro function. The email application is next to useless. It’s OK if you want to send the occasional message to an individual, but if you want to send an attachment to multiple recipients, forget it. Sometimes (if you’re lucky) the message will just sit in the Outbox. Sometimes (more likely) you message will simply disappear into the ether never to be seen again (except on one occasion when it finally got delivered three weeks later). I’ve not tried using the spreadsheet application - I use spreadsheets for my tax returns, so that is much too important to risk using something so unstable.

CAProgram is not great at all Program is not great at all! avoid at all costs. Their customer service skills are terrible and they treat their customers like just a money grab! No real professional experience at all. I would not even rate them a 1. Speaking from a real experience. Not helpful at all
