Have been using you for a long time Have been using you for a long time. Sometimes the keys aren't emailed and have to ask and wait. Sometimes my credit card gets charged twice.

We still are unable to activate our… We still are unable to activate our software. In addition, we ended up ordering twice because the screen cut out during the payment of our 1st order. We couldn't tell if the 1st order actually completed. Now we have been charged twice with nothing to show for it. I have requested a refund. Let's see what happens?

Pricing is great but with some delivery issues. Pricing is great, but there was a significant delay is getting the license keys for some of the software that I purchased. I was almost going to contact support and open a ticket, when the keys finally arrived via email. Took a few days!
