GBWe still are unable to activate our… We still are unable to activate our software. In addition, we ended up ordering twice because the screen cut out during the payment of our 1st order. We couldn't tell if the 1st order actually completed. Now we have been charged twice with nothing to show for it. I have requested a refund. Let's see what happens?

GBOffice 2021 Professional Plus - Excellent The purchase (Office 2021 Professional Plus) was very easy and the download was ready in a few minutes. The only reason I did not give it 5 stars is that the download file was an ISO image file and I'm not familiar with how to handle those. I sent an email and received further instructions. I think it would be better if the install instructions automatically accompany the product receipt. Otherwise, the service and price was outstanding.
