Fast, simple and helpful We received our results fairly quickly - despite the fact that we sent them in right before a holiday - and, although we aren't scientists, they were easy to read and comprehensive. They confirmed what we were already pretty sure about and we've grown our family significantly since receiving the results. Fortunately, there's enough love to go around!

I found the staff especially Heather… I found the staff especially Heather very friendly and helpful for the test I had performed. My only problem was I had more than one potential Dad and 1 wasn't willing and I couldn't contact anyone from his family. The first test was with a potential "uncle" and the results were "not related" and that was a disappointment. So we had to go another route with genealogy which this company didn't help with. We had to go get an Ancestry kit for that and get a genealogist to do the research. So if you have more than 1 potential father do some research first.

Scott was fa tastic giving us updates… Scott was fa tastic giving us updates as we anxiously awaited the results for our sibling test. We were disapp with the nurse who took our DMA samples. She told us it was ok if we drank water or ate before test and she was WRONG! Fortunately the tests came back clearly despite her having to retest our sister in question because she put the ribbon on the wrong swabs.
