MXThey use aggregate bandwidth LTE so their internet service is portable Living in a rural location with no internet for over a year was a pain in the neck. I called ATT, T-Mobile and Verizon but they all told me that there was no service availability even though I had service through Verizon. I called local companies and they all told me that they couldn't service me because my property not within the line of sight. I saw an ad on TikTok and was thrilled to see the owner doing speed tests in the forest, out in the desert at the beach and decided to give them a call. It was my best decision. Can't thank them enough for all of their help. The tower was a little over 3 miles and they told me that I could buy a directional antenna from them and told me how to hook it up. I set up the antenna, plugged it in to the modem they sent me and got speeds of 50/mbps down by 15/mbps up. Thanks to these Sailors out in Reno I can now play games while my wife watches Netflix and my kids watch their shows in youtube. Great service for me and my wife who both work and homeschool our kids.

GBThey want way too much of your info… They want way too much of your info just to check if their service is available in your area!! All any isp needs is your street address nothing more! They don’t need your email and phone number. When I point this out on Facebook my comments are removed for going against community standards!! How can warning people they way too much of your info for such a simple request can only go against a fishing operation

GBGreat company Great company , great customer service. Andrea helped me out a lot. Especially understanding how her company works and how they help the people. My family always struggled for Wi-Fi in the mountains. Never could stream movies , tv shows ECT but now we can … highly recommend!!

GBGreat Service, Friendly, reliable This is a great group of entrepreneurs who asked all the right questions. They took the time to understand my issues and needs. Definitely cheaper than satellite. You do need cellphone service since the modems read off the cell phone towers. I've had no problems. My modem is 100 ft from my main residence and we still get great reception. Best service I've had since moving to an area where there is no cable and not likely to be any and where satellite service is over priced for minimal gigs ($145 for 30 gigs a month) With ispMint, I have unlimited data and have not had any outages other than when our tower went down due to a lightening strike.

GBFalse advertising. False advertising. 1- slowest speed. Average 90 to 128k. (And I'm in NYC.) 2-Maximum THROTTLING. 3-ITS not 5G, like they claim, it also roaming throttled bandwidth from other isps. Wich you can simply sign Up for directly. (They are not doing any break thru work, like they brag about) it's 3rd party 4g. 4-Non existent misleading and rude staff. (I was told I may be laid off As a client!) Was sent wrong over priced router, and charged another 90 dollars to 'fix' bill date. Other untold fees. 3:00Am should had looked And read Hugh disclaimer On 6 inch phone. Was promised at least 350 terabytes monthly, and at 128k speeds it would take a Calculator, no where near, close to what I was told. They love telling you about serving in the Navy and "We bring water to the desert" "I LIVE IN THE OCEAN" They brought me a drop. Reselling net fodder. Zero control over speed. Catering most likely to The desparet and uninformed or Retied folks on RV's traveling cross country. There are many other online Doing these resell plans. I don't recommend any of Them unless you actually travel so much you need roaming can deal with the insane throttling. No matter what the isp They use will place you in A throttle list of net limbo. I don't like being taken for a ride while lied to.
