If you want YOUR off market listing… If you want YOUR off market listing blasted illegally, Investorlift is your place who has unethical members who will gladly post it for you. Even after I contacted support and asked them to take it down, here was her response....."Please note that Investorlift is a marketplace where individual businesses can post their deals. We do not typically get involved in disputes over contracts. If a company has posted your deal, you would have to take legal action against that company. Please reach out to the dispo manager who has posted the deal to let them know that you can take legal action and that you would like to have it removed. Generally, this is the fastest way to get the issue resolved." REALLY????!!!! So Investorlift WILL now be included in my formal complaint with TREC. It will affect all members within this company. Investorlift is the absolute WORSE platform unless you want dishonest, unethical people without morals and no integrity!

Run for the Hills, Block This Company, AVOID AVOID AVOID. Disreputable. Don't Fall for Their Smooth Talk Company provided a really flashy demo bragging about its 40,000+ investor base, emphasizing that the whole world would see any property I had to sell. Plus, I would be given access to its community of investors in my area. Not only that, I would be given a website to help me attact sellers of property. The reality is that once you sign up and go through its orientation, you get the truth. First of all, if you want all the benefits demonstrated in the video, you have to pay DOUBLE or for the upgrade which is AN ADDITIONAL $5,000. Second, maybe they really do have a 40,000+ buyer network, but the reality you learn in the orientation is that only your immediate market will be exposed, and only 50 buyers in the market at that! PLUS, you have to contact them yourself. Not only that, those "buyers" are ones you can download yourself FREE on your local, neighborhood County website. Finally, the Company does provide a "seller" website, but the only "sellers" that will see it are the ones that have the link! It doesn't go out to the world as I was led to believe. Finally, when I told the company representative during orientation session which took place only 3 hours of receiving access that the product was clearly not I was promised, I was told no refunds. First 3 hours of access and no refunds? I know of no reputable company that operates that way.
